Wang Lin 王琳

Wang Lin holds an LLB from Qingdao University and an EMBA from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and has practiced since 2002, now as senior partner and supervisory board chair at Dentons' Jinan office. He focuses on corporate and M&A, finance, land development and real estate, and foreign-related investment and M&A, advising multinationals, central SOEs, banks and financial groups, and was selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool in 2019 and recommended by The Legal 500 in 2022.
