His core practice covers cross-border M&A and civil and commercial litigation for domestic and overseas companies, with over ten years as legal counsel and general counsel at large SOEs, including Gezhouba Cement's Kazakhstan mining investment and Wuhan Industrial Investment Group's acquisition of GE's steam power business.
