Wang Rui 王瑞

Wang Rui is director of the international practice at Liansheng Law Firm's Wuxi office, holding dual master's degrees in international business law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and EU law from the University of Amsterdam. She has advised many Chinese enterprises on international transactions and foreign enterprises on greenfield investment and M&A in China, and handled a German trademark dispute, a three-jurisdiction cross-border asset restructuring, and an EU anti-subsidy investigation for Yadea Technology. She is a Ministry of Justice foreign-related Leading Talent.
