Wei Xiaowei 魏小为

Admitted to practice in 2004, Wei Xiaowei focuses on shipping and international trade law and has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, especially cross-border litigation and arbitration. He has advised COSCO Shipping, China Merchants Group, China Baowu Steel Group, China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Shanghai Jinjiang Shipping on marine cargo transport, sanctions, second-hand ship sales, shipbuilding and shipping company insolvency. Before joining V&T Law Firm, he practiced at Sloma & Co. in Shanghai and Reed Smith Richards Butler in Hong Kong. Working languages: Chinese and English.
