Wen Jianbo 温建波

Wen Jianbo is a partner at Dentons' Yichang office and a CPC member, practicing since 2015 and joining Dentons in 2021. His practice covers cross-border investment and trade, dispute resolution, corporate and M&A restructuring, and construction and energy, and he serves as deputy director of the Yichang Bar Association's foreign-related committee and counsel to government agencies and listed companies including Hubei Xingfa Chemical.
