Wen Xinyan 温欣彦

Wen Xinyan holds an LLB from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from the University of Glasgow, with over eight years at law firms and foreign enterprises and a securities qualification. Her practice covers domestic and international dispute resolution, labor, corporate equity, private equity and corporate compliance, spanning the US, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe, and she has handled hundreds of domestic and international cases. She is a member of the Shenzhen Bar Association's Belt and Road committee and a Shenzhen foreign-related Rising Talent.
