Wen Ying 文影

Wen Ying is a partner and deputy head of the capital markets department at Junlun Law Firm in Shanghai. He graduated from Fudan University Law School in 2013 and has over ten years of legal experience serving SMEs, foreign-invested enterprises and listed companies. He specializes in equity structure design, equity incentives and day-to-day corporate counsel. He serves as a volunteer expert with Shanghai's enterprise development service team and an off-campus mentor at East China University of Political Science and Law, and was recognized as a finance, securities and insurance lawyer by the Shanghai Bar and a 2024 brand star in equity financing.
