Wu Chenlu holds master's degrees in law from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Queen Mary University of London, and serves as legal counsel to the Yancheng Finance Bureau, Tinghu District government and Binhai Port Industrial Park, as well as large SOEs.
