Wu Guangtao 武广韬

Wu Guangtao, a native of Shenmu, Shaanxi, has practiced law since 1981 and serves as director and party branch secretary of Funeng Law Firm, a deputy to the Yulin People's Congress and an arbitrator at the Xi'an Yulin Arbitration Commission. A former vice president of the Shaanxi Bar Association and president of the Yulin Bar Association, he has won national outstanding lawyer honors and handled nationally influential cases, and was appointed to the international criminal practice committee of the China Overseas Development Association in 2025 to strengthen enterprise going-global criminal risk prevention.
