Xiao Lili 肖丽丽

Xiao Lili is a part-time lawyer and deputy director of the foreign-related department, holding an LLM in civil and commercial law from Shandong University, with visiting scholarships at the University of Quebec and California State University, Chico. She serves as a legislative advisory expert to the Linyi People's Congress and director of the commercial law teaching section at Linyi University Law School. Her practice covers family asset trusts and wealth management, global corporate governance, overseas investment and restructuring, and overseas identity planning and study, as well as civil, commercial and economic law.
