Xie Xianghui 谢湘辉

Xie Xianghui is a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and CIETAC arbitrator, deputy director of the Guangdong Bar Association's IP committee and chair of the Shenzhen Bar Association's IP committee, and a Ministry of Justice and Guangdong foreign-related Leading Talent. As head of the IP department at Grandall Law Firm's Shenzhen office, he won the landmark iPad trademark case for Shenzhen Proview against Apple, securing US$60 million, and has handled major IP and arbitration cases for over 20 years.
