Xiong Yaze 熊亚泽

Xiong Yaze is a partner at Tahota Law Firm's Kunming office, holding a law degree from Yunnan University and a master's degree in commercial law from Macquarie University. He is among Yunnan's first foreign-related lawyer talent pool and chairs the Yunnan Bar Association's company law and compliance committee, serving as an arbitrator at the Kunming Arbitration Commission, the World Arbitration Center and the Thailand-China International Arbitration and Mediation Center. He advised a Sino-foreign joint venture on acquiring an Australian mining company.
