Xiong Zi 熊孜

Xiong Zi is a partner at Tahota Law Firm (Nanchang), holding an LLM from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, a PhD in law from Peking University and a visiting scholarship at Yale University. His practice covers dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, and cross-border work, serving enterprises in the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand and Myanmar with transaction structuring, trade compliance and project advice, and he previously served as in-house counsel at Country Garden and Zhengbang Technology.
