Xu Fan 徐凡

Xu Fan is a managing partner at Grandall Law Firm's Hefei office, holding an LLM from Anhui University and a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer, and chairs the Hefei Bar Association's foreign-related committee. He has assisted an Anhui enterprise in applying to the English High Court to set aside an LMAA award, represented a Hong Kong company in an international sale-of-goods dispute, and assisted enterprises with overseas investment due diligence in Vietnam, Brazil and Australia and acquiring an Indonesian company.
