Xu Guojin 许郭晋

Xu Guojin is director and party branch secretary of Taihe Law Firm, whose practice covers securities issuance and listing, M&A and restructuring, overseas listing, overseas investment and financing, and private equity. He is a member of the national and Jiangsu foreign-related lawyer talent pools, and has advised on the Hong Kong IPO of Shuangdeng Group, a US dollar bond issuance, and the acquisition of a German enterprise and a US Rockefeller Center building. He is an arbitrator at the Nanjing Arbitration Commission.
