Xu Jingsi 徐静思

Xu Jingsi is director and senior partner at Hiways Law Firm (Nanchang), chair of the Nanchang Bar Association's foreign-related committee and deputy director of the Jiangxi Bar Association's foreign-related committee. She holds master's degrees from the University of Leeds and the University of Glasgow and is a Ministry of Justice foreign-related Leading Talent who studied at the American Society of International Law in 2018. Her practice covers civil and commercial dispute resolution, international commercial arbitration, cross-border investment and M&A, and energy and resources, including Nanchang's first SOE Belt and Road investment and an ICC arbitration.
