Xu Run 徐润

Xu Run is a partner and deputy director of the international practice at W&H Law Firm's Hangzhou office, holding a master's degree from the World Maritime University and a bachelor's degree in maritime law from Shanghai Maritime University, with 17 years of legal experience including eight years at a maritime administration under the Ministry of Transport, participating in IMO negotiations.
