Xu Wenli 徐文莉

Xu Wenli is executive partner of Grandall Law Firm and party branch secretary of its Shijiazhuang office. She has represented Chinese enterprises in international commercial and investment arbitrations at CIETAC, SIAC and HKIAC and serves as an arbitrator at dozens of institutions, and has advised Chinese companies on investment in the US, Germany, Vietnam, Pakistan, Russia and South Africa, providing full-process outbound investment structuring, documentation and negotiation.
