Yan Jiang holds a master's degree in law and is party branch secretary and equity senior partner at Yingke Law Firm's Yichang office and director of its civil practice, and a CPC member with ten years of practice. A former university teacher and SOE legal counsel, he has deep legal theory and practical experience, specializing in contract disputes, company law, criminal defense, foreign-related law and medical disputes.
