Yan Maosu 颜茂苏

Yan Maosu is a senior partner and director of the criminal and IP practices at Yonglun Law Firm, holding an LLB from East China University of Politics and Law and a master's degree from Soochow University. He previously served as deputy chief judge and a member of the adjudication committee of a city intermediate court, a Grade-4 senior judge. He is now an arbitrator at the Xuzhou Arbitration Commission and an overseas rights-protection expert, specializing in criminal law, foreign-related civil and commercial matters, IP and arbitration review.
