Yan Yulu 颜雨露

Yan Yulu holds an LLB and previously served as in-house counsel and board secretary assistant at a Shanghai SOE before joining Yingke Law Firm's Taizhou office in 2022. She focuses on full-lifecycle corporate risk prevention and cross-border investment, providing one-stop support for overseas greenfield investment, M&A, financing and global operations, covering cross-border M&A, FDI, overseas financing, international trade and sanctions compliance.
