Yang Jianming is a PRC lawyer and patent attorney practicing in Foshan, with nearly ten years of IP experience across patents, trademarks and copyright. He has registered over a hundred marks and patents and won over a hundred IP cases before courts, the CNIPA and e-commerce platforms.
