Yang Qing 杨青

Yang Qing is a partner at Zhonghao Law Firm and head of its Hong Kong office, and a Hong Kong registered foreign lawyer, practicing since 2008 in foreign investment, cross-border investment and financing and M&A, funds and cross-border dispute resolution (international arbitration). She has advised Walmart, BASF, Honeywell, Changan Ford and Huya on cross-border matters and handled HKIAC, SIAC, ICC and CIETAC arbitrations, and is a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer.
