Yang Yan 杨燕

Yang Yan is a senior partner whose practice focuses on corporate and M&A, real estate and infrastructure, and international trade, with long-standing attention to foreign investment. She advises Taiwanese, Japanese and private enterprises and has handled foreign-investment equity disputes and special projects in Chengdu, and was appointed a Sichuan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese expert consultant in 2017.
