Yang Yingjie 杨英杰

Yang Yingjie holds a master's degree in economic law from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an LLM from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and is admitted in China and New York State, and an IPBA member. He is head of Pinchuan Law Firm's foreign-related department, dedicated to outbound investment, wholly foreign-owned enterprises and global compliance, specializing in cross-border anti-corruption, antitrust and data protection compliance for multinational enterprises in Asia-Pacific.
