Yang Yunfu 杨运福

Yang Yunfu is director, executive and senior partner of Hengfu Law Firm, practicing since 1994 and having handled over 1,000 foreign-related maritime, investment, trade, finance and insurance cases, making him a leading foreign-related lawyer in Chinese maritime and insurance law. He is a member of the task force revising China's Maritime Law, chair of the All China Lawyers Association's maritime committee, and an arbitrator at the CMAC and other institutions.
