Yao Ping 姚平

Yao Ping is a partner at Global Law Office with bachelor's and master's degrees in law from Tsinghua University. His practice focuses on outbound and inbound investment and M&A, corporate governance, private equity and capital markets. He has extensive experience in cross-border investment, restructuring and M&A, advising Chinese companies on overseas acquisitions, direct investment, offshore structures and overseas listings. He is deputy director of the Beijing Bar Association's cross-border investment committee.
