Ye Fang 叶芳

Ye Fang is a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices and head of its Singapore office, working across Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. She holds a doctorate and focuses on cross-border investment and financing, finance, M&A, dispute resolution, and real estate and infrastructure. She advises foreign banks, financial institutions, investment institutions and multinationals, providing long-term counsel to DBS Bank on derivatives, real estate financing, customs, tax and disputes, and to Tingyi Holding on commercial, dispute, rights-protection, IP and transactional matters. She has also supported major initiatives of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, including its outbound investment service platform.
