Ye Lingnan 叶凌男

Ye Lingnan graduated from Jilin University Law School and the University of Hong Kong (Master of Common Law), and focuses on foreign-related investment and international trade and corporate M&A, advising leading Ningbo enterprises and handling trade and finance disputes before domestic courts and arbitration institutions. He is a member of the Zhejiang foreign-related lawyer talent pool and the Ministry of Justice's foreign-related advanced program.
