Yu Li 于力

Yu Li holds dual bachelor's degrees in law and English from East China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from Indiana University, and is qualified in China and New York State. Practicing since 2012, he focuses on state-owned asset operations, domestic and cross-border investment and M&A, and general corporate work, advising central SOEs including China North Industries Group and listed companies on cross-border projects in Germany, Hong Kong, Mexico, Morocco, Ghana, Laos and Canada.
