Zhang Chen 张晨

Zhang Chen is a partner and chair of Yingke Shanghai's foreign-related committee, with 17 years of experience focused on foreign-related work, including enterprise going-global and cross-border investment, trade remedies and international sanctions, and cross-border dispute resolution and enforcement. He holds master's degrees in Chinese and American law and is familiar with Anglo-American law. He serves as a practical mentor at East China University of Political Science and Law and a master's supervisor at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and is an arbitrator at SHIAC and Shaoxing Arbitration Commission.
