Zhang Fan is director of the foreign-related practice at Jingsh Law Firm's Chengdu office, admitted in China and California, a DIAC arbitrator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Chengdu foreign-related Leading Talent. He focuses on cross-border litigation, international arbitration, international trade, trade remedies and foreign subsidy regulation (US anti-dumping and countervailing, EU FSR) and cross-border taxation.
