Zhang Fan 张帆

Zhang Fan is a partner at Hengyun Law Firm, holding a master's degree in international law from Shanghai Maritime University. He previously worked at a large state-owned port group in port and shipping logistics before joining Hengyun in 2017. His practice focuses on ship property, marine cargo transport, chartering, ship collision, oil pollution and marine insurance, and he has been selected into Guangzhou's first foreign-related Leading Talent pool and recognized as a 2024 ALB South China Rising Star.
