Zhang Hong 张弘

Zhang Hong is a founding partner of Zhihe Zhi Law Firm, holding an LLM from New York University and previously working at Gray Cary in the US, and has organized and participated in investment and M&A projects for dozens of multinationals including Cummins, ICI, Lafarge and Hutchison Whampoa since 1985, and handled international trade arbitrations, and is a Chongqing Arbitration Commission arbitrator.
