Zhang Hui 张慧

Zhang Hui is a partner at Yunya Law Firm, working bilingually and specializing in maritime and admiralty, foreign-related matters, company law, equity incentive design and family wealth succession. He has handled major overseas litigation for Fortune 500 and listed companies and participated in overseas M&A, and serves as deputy director of the Jiangsu Bar Association's maritime committee and a member of the Jiangsu foreign-related talent pool.
