Zhang Jia 张佳

Zhang Jia is an equity senior partner and director of the foreign-related and dispute resolution department at Yingke Law Firm (Nanjing), holding an LLM in IP law from the University of Manchester. She specializes in international trade, IP, litigation dispute resolution and counsel for foreign-invested enterprises, and is an IBA member and a member of the Jiangsu foreign-related lawyer talent pool. She has worked on the China–Turkey–Ethiopia investment project and cross-border equity transfers, and has been repeatedly named an outstanding foreign-related lawyer by Yingke.
