Zhang Lingjie 章玲洁

Zhang Lingjie is a partner at Kaixuan Law Firm, holding bachelor's and master's degrees in law from Northeastern University and an LLM in US law from Temple University. A former judge and deputy chief judge for seven years, she focuses on complex domestic and cross-border commercial litigation and real estate matters, and leads a team covering labor compliance and corporate risk management. She represented a large domestic enterprise in an investment dispute with a Cypriot real estate company and CR Micro in a dispute with a Hong Kong company.
