Zhang Nan 张楠

Zhang Nan graduated from Dalian Maritime University and East China University of Political Science and Law. His practice covers corporate legal services, maritime and foreign-related matters, real estate and construction, and non-litigation M&A. He has provided long-term and special non-litigation counsel to a number of Shanghai municipal, Xuhui District and Changning District state-owned enterprises and administrative bodies, as well as large private and foreign-invested companies.
