Zhang Qian is a partner at Grandall Law Firm's Shijiazhuang office, providing legal services to government agencies, SOEs and private enterprises in corporate compliance and commercial litigation. He specializes in the recognition of foreign court judgments, foreign-related due diligence and overseas investment and M&A, having advised a US company on confirming a US judgment in China and provided due diligence for a Xinjiang company's EUR 400 million financing in Australia. He is deputy director of the Hebei Bar Association's foreign-related committee.
