Zhang Yanbo 张彦博

Zhang Yanbo holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in civil and commercial law from Shandong University and is a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer practicing since 2002. His practice covers foreign-related legal services, finance, M&A and restructuring, corporate securities and equity investment, and he has led the Nexans joint-venture project with Shandong Yanggu Cable and a guarantee dispute with an Indian company, a first win for a Chinese enterprise in a Jinan foreign-related guarantee case.
