Zhang Yuying is a partner at Fangda Partners' Shenzhen office, holding an LLB from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and an LLM from the University of Manchester, with nearly 14 years of practice in M&A and restructuring, private equity and general corporate matters. She represented China Resources Enterprise in its acquisition of Tesco's China retail and property business, Novozymes in acquiring a Chinese enterprise, and served as counsel on the Goojje digital IPO on Nasdaq.
