Zhang Zhineng 张智能

Zhang Zhineng graduated from East China University of Politics and Law in 1998 and later obtained a law degree from the Central Radio and Television University, and now practices at Haimao Law Firm. He specializes in maritime and admiralty, real estate disputes, administrative disputes, criminal defense and civil and commercial representation, including foreign-related investment matters.
