Zhao Xueliang 赵学良

Zhao Xueliang is a member and secretary-general of the Jinan Bar Association's foreign-related dispute resolution committee and a Jinan foreign-related lawyer talent. He specializes in economic sanctions, export controls, multilateral bank sanctions and compliance, having assisted a Shandong construction enterprise in successfully lifting an African Development Bank sanction and a leading wheel manufacturing SOE in global sanctions risk assessment and compliance, and handled the first Chinese judgment recognition and enforcement case in Australia.
