Zhao Xueyan 赵雪岩

Zhao Xueyan is a senior partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal's Shenyang office, graduating from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 1991 and earning an LLM from Tokyo Metropolitan University in 1998 before practicing at a Japanese foreign-related law firm. He leads the Japan practice and has handled acquisitions for Sony, Bridgestone, Toshiba-Mitsubishi and Fujikura, and served as long-term counsel to the Shenyang government and the Japanese consulate. He is a CIETAC arbitrator.
