Zhong Xin is a limited partner at Grandall Law Firm's Dalian office, a Ministry of Justice and All China Lawyers Association foreign-related Leading Talent, and chairs the Dalian Bar Association's foreign-related and free trade zone committee. He has extensive experience as in-house and external counsel for multinationals, previously serving as full-time counsel at GE Financial Services Asia, and advises foreign-invested enterprises on formation, documentation and joint-venture negotiation.
