Zhou Lixia 周丽霞

Zhou Lixia is a Hong Kong permanent resident admitted as a PRC lawyer, graduating from China University of Political Science and Law in 2004. She is a member of the national and Guangdong foreign-related lawyer talent pools and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA). She has worked at Hong Kong law firms and trading and construction companies, and since 2015 has been a senior partner at Yingke Law Firm (Foshan), focusing on cross-border M&A, foreign investment, and private matters such as foreign-related trusts and succession, with extensive experience in mainland–Hong Kong legal practice, international trade and international engineering.
