Zhu Dan 朱丹

Zhu Dan is director and deputy party branch secretary of Wenfeng Law Firm and a Grade-2 lawyer, holding an LLM from Durham University and a master's degree in economic law from Chongqing University, and serves as vice president of the Zhengzhou Bar Association. His practice covers SOE legal affairs, investment and financing and foreign-related matters, and he has participated in overseas listings, US dollar bond issuances and major asset restructurings.
