Zhu Weina 朱维娜

Zhu Weina holds an LLB from Zhejiang Normal University and an LLM from China University of Political Science and Law, and serves on the Zhejiang Bar Association's international investment and Belt and Road committees and as deputy director of the Taizhou Bar Association's international trade and maritime committee. Her practice covers corporate and M&A, finance and insurance, and international trade and maritime matters, including a German machinery company's sale-of-goods dispute and bankruptcy, a Canadian paper company acquisition and a Moroccan new-energy investment.
