Zhu Xuerun 朱学润

Zhu Xuerun is a senior partner and director of the international practice at Chengyi Law Firm, a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related Leading Talent and member of the Belt and Road Lawyer Alliance and IPBA. He has participated in cross-border M&A including Zhongding's acquisitions of Germany's WEGU and France's Tristone and Dongshan Precision's acquisition of US MFLX, and is a professional mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
