Zhu Zheng focuses on domestic and cross-border investment and M&A, corporate governance and litigation and arbitration, providing full-lifecycle corporate legal services, and advises clients in energy and power, defense and military, and aerospace industries. His overseas investment projects span over ten countries including the US, Australia, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria and Malaysia, and he serves as a provincial government legal expert and chair of the Shaanxi Bar Association's foreign-related committee, and has been ranked Chambers Band 1 for Shaanxi corporate/commercial for four consecutive years.
